Video Clip Released!

I'm honored to announce that the video clip or our work has been released, and the release of the demo version can be expected within 10 days.

I'm very tired after finishing this video clip, so I don't want to type any more words. You can download the clip and watch it. If you have any problems, you can just put here. I think I'll have to get a forum ready before the release of the demo version.

1 - Hmmm... I think if the fonts are like those from Final Fantasy 7 or Dynasty Warriors, there will be more space to put longer words, furthermore, the in-game text will be somewhat easier to read... but that‘s just my opinion. (Comment this)

2 - That‘s not even an option. The game forces all letters to be the same width and nobody could figure out how to hack it after I tried, and I sent it to several others to try. The text engine is incredibly complex because of all its special effects which even if you could replace it, would be lost. The choice was essential this font I designed (based on the Uncial alphabet) or Courrier New, which looks like garbage. (Comment this)

3 - Oh, I see... didn‘t know it‘s that complicated and difficult, so you mean even the upper and lower case letters within one word are fixed in this font? (Comment this)

4 - What fixed width means is every letter has to be the same horizontal width. In the case of the dialogue, every single letter has to be put on a 10x18 tile area. This means every letter is spaced 10 pixels apart. it does not remove the unused space and bring the letters together (variable width). In fact, with a vairbale width font, all letters would appear at the far left of the 10x18 area with all unused pixels to the right making very uneven spacing. The font designed had to be monospaced 10x18. Even TrueType monospace fonts like Lucida Console or Monaco were not options because of how LSF casts its font to pixels (rasterizing). It invariably led to big, fat, blocky letters that overlapped each other and had many bad effects. (Comment this)
